Anna Georgiou B.Sc.,D.Ch
Chiropodist/ Foot Specialist

Anna Georgiou is a chiropodist, registered with the College of Chiropodists of Ontario, who has been in practice for over 28 years.  Anna holds an undergraduate double specialist degree in Physiology and Human Biology from the University of Toronto (1991) and is a graduate of the Ontario Chiropody Program (1994) and recipient of the Clinical Excellence Award (1993).

Over the last 28 years, Anna has been actively involved with the Ontario Society of Chiropodists, (OSC) as a board member, Vice President, President, and Executive Director.  Anna continues to be actively involved in various aspects of the profession.

Additional professional memberships and affiliations include the Canadian Federation of Podiatric Medicine (CFPM), and the Canadian Diabetes Association, Clinical and Scientific Section.

Anna Georgiou, together with her Associates and staff, has been providing a complete range of foot care treatments and services to the Danforth Community and to patients across the GTA, addressing the foot care needs of the very young , to the young at heart!

 

Darren Gobin, B.Sc. (Hons), D.Ch.
Chiropodist/ Foot Specialist

Darren has been trained extensively in the prevention and management of conditions affecting the foot and lower limb. He graduated from the Chiropody program at the Michener Institute for the Applied Health Sciences after completing his undergraduate degree in Kinesiology and Health Science from York University. He has gained valuable experience working with the chiropody and wound care teams at St. Michael’s hospital, Women’s College Hospital and Toronto Rehab Institute.

Darren aims to aid in the improvement of foot function and patient mobility with the overall goal of enhancing quality of life. As a member of the Danforth Foot Clinic’s team, he addresses a wide range of conditions including arch pain, diabetic foot care, sport injuries, warts, ingrown toenails, and nail and callus care.
